This Wi-Fi service is available to campsite guests free of charge or for a fee, allowing them to access the internet during their stay. Access to the Wi-Fi network implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU).

Access to the Wi-Fi network is reserved for campsite guests. Users agree to provide accurate information when connecting and to use the service exclusively for personal and private use. Access is subject to a fee according to the packages offered. Each package is limited in time and/or to the number of devices allowed.

Users agree to use the Wi-Fi service in compliance with: applicable laws and regulations, the rights of third parties, public order, and morality. The following are strictly prohibited: any illegal activity (illegal downloading, piracy, fraud, etc.), viewing, distributing, or downloading illegal, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or pornographic content, sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam), and any attempt to intrude, hijack, or disrupt the network.

Users are solely responsible for their use of the Wi-Fi service. They are responsible for the websites they visit, the data they exchange, and the equipment they use to connect to the network. The campsite cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Wi-Fi service, including: loss of data, viruses, service interruptions, or security breaches on personal devices.

The Wi-Fi service is provided without any guarantee of speed, performance, or continuity. The campsite reserves the right to: temporarily suspend access for technical or maintenance reasons; limit the speed per user in order to guarantee fair access to all customers; interrupt access in the event of misuse or non-compliance with these Terms of Use.

In accordance with current legislation, certain technical connection data (connection logs) may be stored for legal and security purposes. This data is used only within the strict framework of the law and is never used for commercial purposes. Users have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data in accordance with the GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR).

In the event of non-compliance with these Terms of Use, the campsite reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to the Wi-Fi service, without refund or compensation, and, where applicable, to take any appropriate legal action.

Connection to the campsite's Wi-Fi network implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use are subject to French law. Any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
